Using our material
The written content and the cost model on this site belong to Local Service Calculator. You may quote figures and short extracts with attribution and a link to the page they came from. Reproducing pages wholesale, or rebuilding the cost data as a competing resource, is not permitted.
The underlying data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Bureau of Economic Analysis, HUD and the Census Bureau is published by those agencies and is generally in the public domain. You are free to go to the source, and the methodology page names which series we use. Our selection, arrangement and presentation of that data is our own.
